Notes:
1.  Coverage for policyholder owned, operated, chartered, or leased aircraft is not included in the Standard program, but is available at an additional cost.
2.  Coverage for removal of the War Risk exclusion requires approval and pricing from underwriting.
3.  Groups with international exposure should use the Customized Program when requesting a proposal.
4.  Provisions, Hazards, Benefits, and Exclusions are subject to state availability.
5.  All policies are written based on an existing employer-to-employee relationship.  Some states allow coverage for guests and non-employees including, but not limited to, Board of Directors and Trustees.  If coverage is desired for a group where an employer-employee relationship does not exist, inquire with your Hartford representative around other available options.
